General trading conditions

General:

With the order of cosmetic products by meet-and-greet.ch the customer accepts the below mentioned trading conditions. meet-and-greet.ch supplies customers mainly in Switzerland. Delivery terms and warranties for customers from other countries may deviate from the General trading conditions (see prices foreign country). meet-and-greet.ch has the right to change the General Trading Conditions at any time.

Shipment:

All meet-and-greet.ch ordered products will be delivered in Switzerland within 5-10 working days by PostPac ECONOMY.

Due to massive delivery problems (lost packages / customs problems despite registered packages) we are unfortunately unable to make any shipments abroad. We deeply regret that.

Prices for Switzerland:

A minimum purchase total of CHF 15.00 is required in order to validate your order.
For orders up to CHF 179.90 we charge a shipping fee of CHF 8.00.
No postage fees are applied to purchase orders above a value of CHF 180.00 and subsequent deliveries.
Prices are subject to change.
VAT will not be applied.

Conditions of payment:

Currently, at meet-and-greet.ch payment in advance by bank transfer (see our bank account) or by PayPal. When ordering by credit card (PayPal), your order will be sent immediately if your card number is valid. By pre-payment with bank transfer you will receive an email of the order in which the bank for the transfer referred to above.

Please note that orders with a bank transfer will be sent after receipt of payment.

Terms of delivery:

The products registered become an obligatory order. Meet-and-greet.ch takes no responsibility for incorrect ordered products. The commodity remains property meet-and-greet.ch until full payment is received.

Product exchange:

Unopened products can be sent back within 8 days upon receipt. Unfounded return shipments are not returned. Meet-and-greet.ch takes no responsibility for incorrect ordered products.

Guarantee:

You can communicate obvious defects within 8 days after receipt of the commodity by e-mail or letter. In a case of guarantee we will offer a replacement. meet-and-greet.ch offers no warranty for orders that do not arrive.

Data security:

We guarantee that your data is not made public to third person.
With your agreement we will provide information about our new products and sales by our Newsletter.
